Riga's sauces are prepared seasonally, so you can expect the best in taste and quality. We take care to use fresh ingredients such as peppers, mushrooms, onions, basil and parsley. Just after harvest, we use sought after Grainger County tomatoes. When all our ingredients have been gathered, our sauce is then slow cooked to perfection.
